The short version: Eat Out More does not collect your data. There is no account, no sign up, no analytics and no advertising. Everything you enter stays on your iPhone.
Nothing. Eat Out More has no servers and does not transmit your information anywhere.
The app stores the following on your device only:
This is held in your iPhone's own storage. It is never uploaded and we cannot see it. Deleting the app deletes it.
If you choose to connect Apple Health, Eat Out More can read your step count so it can show what you have been doing, and can save meals you log so your other apps can see them. You control this in the Health app and can turn it off at any time. Health data is handled by Apple on your device. It never reaches us.
Health data is never used for advertising, never sold and never shared with any third party.
Subscriptions are sold and processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. Apple gives us aggregate sales reports that do not identify individual customers. Apple's handling of your purchase is covered by Apple's own privacy policy.
Eat Out More does not track you across apps or websites. It contains no advertising, no advertising identifiers and no third party analytics or tracking software of any kind.
The nutrition information in Eat Out More comes from the guides restaurant chains publish themselves, and it ships inside the app. Looking at a restaurant or a meal does not contact us or the restaurant, and nobody is told what you looked at.
Eat Out More is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone.
Because we do not collect or hold your information, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or delete on your behalf. Your data lives on your device and you control it directly.
If this policy changes, the updated version is posted on this page with a new date at the top.
